WesternU Pet Health Center understand sometimes our pets don’t schedule their illness around our schedule, for that reason we offer drop off services for existing clients.

When you drop off your pet we will ask you to fill out a form letting us know the problem with your pet. Or you can fill out the form below and bring it to the clinic with you
