What to expect on your first visit

WesternU Pet Health Center welcomes new clients to our veterinary facility. We are strong advocates of communication and will partner with you to solve your pet’s health care issues while providing the best care available.

During your first visit, we will take a medical history of your pet. Bring any information with you that is pertinent to the medical record. If you have veterinary records for your pet that you wish to transfer, you may have them sent to us by mail or your former veterinarian may fax information to us.

We currently take the following methods for transactions:

• MasterCard
• Check (with current ID)
• Cash
• Care Credit
