Hospital Manager

I have been in the Veterinarian field for 17 years, and over those years have worked in cooperate, private small animal, specialty, emergency and exotic hospitals. I have also worked various staff positions such as kennel attendant, receptionist, head technician and as hospital practice manger. I have been the hospital manager at this location since 2011. In my free time I enjoy needle point, and crocheting. I also enjoy participating in outdoor range activities, and spending time with my family.

Lead Technician

I am proud to say that I have been in the veterinary field for about 16 years. I got my Associates of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology degree with honors in 2003, that year I also became a Certified Veterinary Technician in Arizona. I then moved to California in 2004 to be able to attend Cal State Polytechnic Pomona University in their Pre-Vet program and also started my career with Eye Care for Animals as their Lead Technician and Hospital Manager. After 10 years of animal ophthalmology I really felt the need to go back general medicine. I started my career here at Western University as the Lead Veterinary Technician in November 2014, where I love that I can help in the education of future veterinarians and be able to provide excellent patient care and a great hospital experience to the community. Not only do I have a love for animals, but I have a passion for dancing and exercise that I get to do through teaching Zumba at a private gym.
